Pramod Dabir

Pramod Dabir is the Founder and CEO of West Agile Labs and the President of Veltris, based in San Francisco, California. He began his career in the financial sector after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Dabir subsequently transitioned into private equity and venture capital, serving as an Associate at TA Associates and later as a Partner at 42Phi Ventures. In addition to his executive leadership roles in web and mobile software development, he previously founded Boutine, Inc. and currently operates as the Managing Partner at the investment fund Open Doors Partners. His professional background bridges engineering, corporate finance, and venture investing, with a current focus on scaling technology enterprises and advising early-stage startups.
