Pradeep Aswani

Pradeep Aswani is a Silicon Valley-based entrepreneur and investor currently serving as a Venture Partner at SYN Ventures and a member of the CyberStarts VC fund. He previously founded three cybersecurity companies, including Cloud Harmonics, Securematics, and VPN Dynamics, all of which were subsequently acquired by Ingram Micro. Additionally, he co-founded HPN, whose intellectual property was purchased by Juniper Networks, and served as Chief Operating Officer at OneSecure prior to its acquisition by NetScreen. As an active angel investor and advisor, Aswani has backed numerous prominent cybersecurity firms, holding early stakes in industry leaders such as Palo Alto Networks, SentinelOne, and Netskope. His portfolio also includes successful exits like Preempt, which was acquired by CrowdStrike, and Awake Networks, which was bought by Arista. Aswani leverages his extensive operational experience to focus exclusively on funding and scaling next-generation cybersecurity technologies.
