Pontus Stråhlman is currently a Partner at Voima Ventures, an early-stage deep technology investment firm based in Finland. Before transitioning into venture capital, he built his career as a serial entrepreneur, startup coach, and active angel investor specializing in enterprise sales and go-to-market strategies for emerging businesses. In his current capacity, he evaluates investment opportunities and partners with founders to commercialize complex, research-backed innovations across the life sciences, synthetic biology, AI-driven diagnostics, and precision medicine sectors. Stråhlman actively engages with the regional innovation ecosystem, sharing his expertise on scaling ventures at industry events including the Nordic Deep Tech Business Summit, Startup Extreme, and Lappeenranta University of Technology.
