Piotr Dąbkowski

Piotr Dąbkowski is the co-founder, Chief Technology Officer, and head of research at ElevenLabs, currently based in Poland. He established the artificial intelligence audio startup in 2022 alongside his long-time friend Mateusz Staniszewski, whom he met over 14 years ago. Under their leadership, ElevenLabs has grown into the most valuable private company in Poland, reaching an $11 billion valuation. Holding an estimated 15% stake in the enterprise, Dąbkowski has accumulated a net worth of approximately $1.1 billion through his engineering contributions. Prior to this venture, he worked as a machine learning software engineer at Google from 2018 to 2022, following earlier technical roles at Tessian between 2017 and 2018, and Opera Software from 2015 to 2016.
