Pierre Socha

Pierre Socha is a Partner in the Early Stage Fund at Amadeus Capital Partners, based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He began his career as an analyst at Natexis before joining the founding team of the private equity-backed biotechnology firm Avesthagen in 2002, where he oversaw corporate strategy and the functional food division. Transitioning to venture capital, Socha has directed early-stage investments across the health and bio sectors, leading funding rounds for companies such as PhoreMost, Quibim, and V7, where he has served as a director since 2020. He also holds an advisory role on the Royal Society's Science, Industry and Translation Committee and completed executive programs at Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
