Pierre Gaubil

Pierre Gaubil is the CEO of 34 Elements, an early-stage startup advisory firm based in San Francisco, USA. Over a 17-year career in the technology sector, he has co-founded four startups across the United States and Europe, resulting in one initial public offering and two major mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Gaubil served as a General Partner at The Refiners, a San Francisco-based venture capital fund where he directed seed investments into 54 startup companies. He holds an MBA from INSEEC and contributes as an author to publications including Data Driven Investor and The Startup. Through his current firm, he has advised more than 300 technology companies on go-to-market strategy, equity structuring, and fundraising. His current focus centers on developing data-driven methodologies to help tech founders achieve product-market fit and scale their business models.
