Pierre-Dimitri Gore-Coty is a General Partner at Elaia Partners based in Paris, France, where he focuses on seed and Series A investments in deep tech and software. Before joining Elaia, he served as a Partner at Alven from 2015 to 2022 and held earlier positions at Kima Ventures and McKinsey & Company. Throughout his venture capital career, he has backed over 40 companies and supported notable European startups including Dataiku, Payfit, and Sorare. He currently helps manage €1 billion in assets under management at Elaia and recently led the firm's €160 million Fund III final close in March 2025. The HEC Paris and École Polytechnique graduate also joined the board of Mistral AI in 2024. His current investment focus centers on scaling early-stage European founders operating within the artificial intelligence, climate technology, and enterprise software sectors.
