Pierre Delarroqua

Pierre Delarroqua is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Palenca, an AI-powered talent acquisition platform based in Paris, Île-de-France, France. Before launching the HR tech startup, he worked as a Data Scientist at Uber from 2018 to 2021, focusing on machine learning and predictive analytics. He holds engineering degrees from École Polytechnique and ENSAE Paris, providing a technical foundation in large-scale data engineering. Under his leadership, Palenca secured €5 million in seed funding in 2023 with backing from Seedcamp and expanded its operations into the United Kingdom market in March 2026. The company released its enterprise version across Europe in the first quarter of 2025, shortly before Delarroqua addressed AI hiring ethics at the VivaTech 2025 conference. His current focus centers on scaling artificial intelligence solutions to optimize recruitment processes and talent matching for enterprise clients.
