Pierre Betouin

Pierre Betouin is the co-founder and CEO of Qotto, operating out of Paris, France, following a prominent career in the cybersecurity sector. Previously, he co-founded the application security platform Sqreen in 2015, and successfully guided the company through the Y Combinator startup accelerator program. Under his leadership as CEO, Sqreen secured a $14 million Series A funding round and scaled to an 85-person workforce protecting over 800 global enterprise companies before being acquired by Datadog in April 2021. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Betouin spent nine years at Apple from 2008 to 2015, where he managed the offensive security Red Team and directed critical security assessments for the Internet Services department. His professional background centers on advancing application-level cybersecurity, building developer-focused SaaS platforms, and bridging operational gaps between software development and enterprise security teams.
