Philippe Kamel

Philippe Kamel is a Principal at Bain Capital, where he serves as a member of the Europe Private Equity team. Since joining the global investment firm in 2018, he has specialized in evaluating, executing, and managing institutional investments specifically within the healthcare vertical. Prior to transitioning into his current private equity role, Kamel worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company in their Boston office. During his tenure at the consulting firm, he advised various private equity, retail, and consumer goods clients on matters related to corporate strategy, operational improvements, and corporate finance. His academic background includes earning a Master of Science degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management alongside a Master of Science degree from HEC Paris. Kamel maintains a professional focus on identifying and scaling healthcare investments across the broader European markets.
