Philip H. Beauregard

Philip H. Beauregard is the Managing General Partner at Impellent Ventures, an early-stage technology venture capital firm, and is currently based in the greater Washington DC area. Prior to joining the fund in 2021, the Wharton School graduate worked as an investment banker before transitioning into entrepreneurship as a three-time startup founder. He launched Objective Logistics and Rekindle, securing early investment capital from Google Ventures before achieving successful corporate acquisitions executed by CarbonBlack and HubSpot. Beyond his founding experience, Beauregard has served as a senior executive at several later-stage technology companies and stepped in as an interim executive for three distinct venture-backed startups. At Impellent Ventures, where he partners with figures like Tariq Trotter, his current professional focus remains on funding early-stage technology startups led by founders in emerging and historically overlooked regional markets.
