Philip Engelhardt

Philip Engelhardt is the Managing Partner at PhilQuo Ventures, a Senior Advisor and Angel Investor at Plug and Play Tech Center, and an Investment Partner at Tech-Rx. Operating as a venture capitalist, he leads seed-stage investments in consumer-facing web startups, digital media platforms, and independent film productions. He also provides strategic financing and mergers and acquisitions advisory services for a diverse variety of emerging technology firms across the broader market. Previously, Engelhardt served on the Board of Directors for the legacy film production company RKO Pictures and the broadcast equipment manufacturer Miranda Technologies. Before entering the venture capital and investment industry, he earned a Bachelier des Lettres from the Lycée Français de New York. Today, Engelhardt maintains a primary professional focus on capitalizing early-stage technology and media ventures while guiding their long-term strategic growth initiatives.
