Philip Busscher

Philip Busscher is currently a Principal at Graduate Entrepreneur Fund, a venture capital firm based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. In this capacity, he directs seed investments across a €58 million portfolio, targeting deep technology, software, and healthcare startups emerging from the local ecosystem. The venture fund operates in direct partnership with prominent academic institutions, specifically leveraging the extensive alumni networks and research pipelines of Erasmus University Rotterdam, Delft University of Technology, and Erasmus MC.
