Phil Ohl

Phil Ohl is the founder and leader of the Tri-Cities Angel Alliance, an early-stage startup investment network based in the Tri-Cities region of Washington State. He established the organization as a formal nonprofit in the summer of 2023 after initially launching it as an informal investor gathering in December 2021. Under his leadership, the group has grown to include over 50 accredited investor members who each maintain a net worth exceeding $1 million. Ohl has developed strategic affiliate relationships between the alliance and several prominent regional entities, including Fuse Fund, the Seattle Alliance of Angels, the Spokane Angel Alliance, and Washington State University Tri-Cities. Drawing on his prior professional experience running companies and holding corporate board seats, Ohl currently focuses on expanding angel capital access and driving startup ecosystem development across his local community.
