Phil Dudley

Phil Dudley is a Partner and Investment Committee member at M-One Capital, a private equity firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. Since joining the firm, formerly known as McCarthy Capital, in 2009, he has accumulated over 15 years of experience in investment origination, deal structuring, and portfolio management. Prior to this role, Dudley built his foundational financial expertise working in investment banking and other private equity positions. He currently helps oversee a firm that manages more than $1 billion in investment capital, directing funds toward lower middle-market enterprises. Throughout his tenure, Dudley has been involved with numerous portfolio companies, including Bamboo Rose, TriMech, Peak 10, and CoSentry, frequently collaborating with executives like Bamboo Rose CEO Sue Welch. His current focus remains on executing private equity transactions and partnering directly with management teams to scale growth-stage businesses.
