Phil Bronner

Phil Bronner is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Ardent Venture Partners, an early-stage venture fund based in Washington, D.C. Before establishing the firm in 2020, he served as a General Partner at Novak Biddle Venture Partners, founded Quad Learning, and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Over his 15-year venture capital career, Bronner has led 16 investments totaling more than $100 million, achieving a 4x cash-on-cash return and participating in three series investments worth over $900 million each. He holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and the Wharton School, and he currently serves on the board of directors for OneMain Financial. Bronner's current investment strategy focuses on backing early-stage software startups that are developing AI-native applications, vertical SaaS platforms, and B2B embedded fintech solutions.
