Peter Yi

Peter Yi is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz based in San Francisco, California, where he leads early-stage investments in enterprise software and developer tools. Before joining the firm in March 2023, he served as a Vice President at Bessemer Venture Partners from 2018 to 2022 and held an earlier operational role at DoorDash. Throughout his venture capital career, Yi has managed over $500 million in investments across a portfolio of more than twenty technology companies, recently leading a $50 million Series A funding round for the artificial intelligence coding platform Cursor in June 2024. The University of California, Berkeley economics graduate has influenced developer-focused funds that generated three initial public offering exits in 2024.
