Peter Xu

Peter Xu is the Co-founder of Wanderlog, a collaborative travel itinerary and road trip planning platform based in the Bay Area, USA. Alongside his twin brother Harry Yu, Xu launched the company, authored 22 blog stories on the platform, and subsequently secured $1.5 million in seed funding in 2021 from investors including General Catalyst and Abstract Ventures. Prior to establishing Wanderlog, he worked as a Software Engineer on the internal tools Leverage team at Stripe and served as a Business Analyst at McKinsey. As an independent developer, Xu created several practical web applications, including BookWithMatrix, CostcoMap, and the course selection tool Coursetable, which was featured in the New York Times. His professional background centers on software engineering and product development, with a current focus on building user-friendly applications for the travel technology sector.
