Peter Richarz

Peter Richarz is the Managing Partner at DvH Ventures, a venture capital firm based near Cologne, Germany. With over 20 years of experience in the European technology sector, he co-founded the investment firm alongside Dieter von Holtzbrinck, Sven C. Sixt, and Michael Grabner. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Media Ventures, the investment arm established by Ströer SE founders Dirk Ströer and Udo Müller. Richarz also co-founded crossventures, a technology-oriented company builder, and currently serves as a board member for the European designer furniture platform Design Bestseller Group. He studied economics at the University of Cologne and the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and acts as an ambassador for the 2hearts cultural diversity initiative. His extensive career focuses on executing early-stage venture capital investments and scaling technology startups across the German ecosystem.
