Peter J. Holt

Peter J. Holt is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures, as well as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of HOLT CAT. In his executive capacity at HOLT CAT, he leads the largest Caterpillar heavy equipment dealership in the United States, representing the fifth generation of his family's legacy business operations. Additionally, Holt serves as the Chairman and Managing Partner of the San Antonio Spurs, overseeing the strategic direction and financial management of the National Basketball Association franchise. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of the Incarnate Word and actively directs corporate investments through HOLT Ventures and the HOLT Family Office. His current professional focus centers on scaling heavy machinery distribution networks, guiding professional sports operations, and deploying early-stage venture capital into industrial supply chain innovation.
