Peter Greczner

Peter Greczner is the CTO and Co-Founder of Affinity, a compliance training platform for regulated industries, currently based in New York, New York. He launched the company in 2023 alongside co-founder Faraz Rana, subsequently securing backing from Y Combinator as part of its S23 batch, as well as investments from O'Shaughnessy Ventures and Clocktower Technology Ventures. Prior to establishing Affinity, Greczner spent nearly 15 years building technology startups across the financial technology, advertising technology, and cryptocurrency sectors, including an early engineering role at Ormatta LLC. Most notably, he served as a founding team member and engineering leader at Bread, where he scaled the technical infrastructure and engineering team through the financial technology company's eventual $500 million exit. His current focus centers on developing specialized compliance software infrastructure for traditional financial institutions and modern fintech enterprises.
