Peter Boboff

Peter Boboff is the Managing Partner and founder of Transmedia Capital, an early stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco. With over 20 years of experience in technology investing, he has led more than 125 seed and pre-seed startup investments, typically writing initial checks ranging from $250,000 to $2 million. His extensive investment portfolio features several notable technology companies, including Wrap Media, Percolate, and clypd, which successfully secured $13 million, $40 million, and $19 million respectively in 2015. Prior to establishing Transmedia Capital in 2010 and closing its second fund in 2015, he co-founded and served as the Managing Director at Kicklabs, an accelerator supporting emerging technology startups. Boboff currently focuses his capital allocation strategy on funding early stage ventures across diverse sectors such as cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, financial technology, and enterprise SaaS.
