Perry Ha

Perry Ha is the Vice President of Agent Product and Chief of Staff at Decagon, based in San Francisco, United States. Previously, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Homeflow, a digital insurance platform for real estate investors that he led from 2022 to 2023. Under his leadership, the startup secured $1.2 million in early funding from Y Combinator before it was ultimately acquired. Before his entrepreneurial venture, Ha managed strategic growth initiatives at Hippo Insurance between 2020 and 2021, handled global supply management operations at Tesla, and worked as an early-stage venture capital associate.
