Peggy Wallace

Peggy Wallace is a Managing Partner at Golden Seeds based in New York, New York. Before co-founding the early-stage venture firm in 2005, she built a career on Wall Street as a Managing Director in Structured Finance and Financial Institutions at JP Morgan and Chase. She previously served as Co-CEO of Golden Seeds from January 2008 to December 2021, helping the firm catalyze up to $2 billion in total investments into women-led companies across the United States. Her investment portfolio spans multiple sectors, including artificial intelligence, digital health, enterprise software, and hardware innovations like thin film technology for vaccine storage and safe lithium-ion battery systems. Recognized by the Women's Entrepreneurship Day Organization, Wallace maintains a primary focus on providing seed capital and strategic support to female founders scaling technology and life sciences enterprises.
