Peeyush Goyal

Peeyush Goyal is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Salarybox, an HR technology platform based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Under his leadership, the company serves over 10,000 customers across 5,000 cities and processes more than five million salaries monthly, recently securing a $15 million Series B funding round led by Prime Venture Partners. Prior to establishing his current HR startup, Goyal co-founded a financial technology firm and gained early corporate experience through investment banking at Avendus Capital and operations at Genpact. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and recently directed the launch of a new AI-powered compliance suite for his platform in March 2025. His current professional focus centers on developing scalable software-as-a-service solutions that automate payroll and regulatory compliance for small and medium-sized enterprises operating within India's unorganized sector.
