Pedro Waengertner

Pedro Waengertner is a Venture Partner at ACE Ventures and is based in São Paulo, Brazil. Alongside cofounder Mike Ajnsztajn, he previously served as the CEO of the firm, originally launched as Aceleratech before rebranding to ACE. Under his leadership, the firm accelerated nearly 100 startups, invested in over 150 businesses, and expanded its portfolio value from R$150 million to R$320 million. The organization also built a network of over 600 angel investors and won multiple awards from the Latam Founder Network as the top startup accelerator in Latin America. Beyond his investment activities, he is an MBA professor, an international speaker at events like SXSW, and the author of two business books. His current focus centers on early-stage investing, corporate innovation consulting, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions within the Latin American technology ecosystem.
