Pedro Ribeiro Santos

Pedro Ribeiro Santos is a Managing Partner at Armilar Venture Partners based in the Lisbon area of Portugal. Before joining the venture capital firm in 2009, he spent over twelve years working in information technology and management consulting at Accenture and The Boston Consulting Group, alongside two years as an IT and Organizational Director. His academic background includes a bachelor's degree in physics engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, a master's degree in economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and time spent as a physics researcher at the University of Oxford. At Armilar, he leads deeptech, enterprise software, and software-as-a-service investments while also directing the firm's sustainability practice and serving as a board member for multiple portfolio companies. Santos currently focuses on leveraging his scientific training and corporate strategy experience to scale emerging deeptech enterprises.
