Pedro Poletto

Pedro Poletto is the Managing Partner at Kapital Ventures and the CEO and Co-founder of Justos, based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and previously held founding and leadership roles at payment platforms including PagueVeloz. Throughout his career, Poletto has developed expertise in the digital payments sector, contributing to ventures integrated with industry leaders like PagSeguro. Under his leadership, Justos processes millions in annual transactions and expanded its operations into Colombia in early 2025. At Kapital Ventures, he oversees a portfolio of over 20 startups and raised a $50 million fund in the third quarter of 2024 to target early-stage technology investments across Latin America. His current focus centers on scaling innovative financial technology and e-commerce enterprises throughout emerging markets.
