Pedro Fernández

Pedro Fernández is currently a Managing Partner at Altur Capital, an alternative investment firm based in Madrid, Spain. Prior to his current role, he managed a €250 million middle market private equity portfolio as an Investment Director at Oquendo Capital, overseeing capital deployment across various European sectors. He previously spent five years as a Corporate Finance Advisor at KPMG, where he successfully executed over 15 international mergers and acquisitions valued collectively at more than €500 million. Fernández began his professional financial career working as an equity research analyst at Banco Santander, and he subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration degree from IE Business School. His current professional focus centers on providing flexible financing solutions, direct lending, and strategic growth capital to lower middle market companies operating throughout the Iberian Peninsula and broader European markets.
