Pedro Carneiro

Pedro Carneiro is a Partner at ACE Aceleratech, an early-stage venture capital firm and accelerator based in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, he manages investments across a portfolio of more than 200 accelerated startups and oversees funds exceeding R$500 million in total assets under management for the firm. In March 2024, Carneiro led the closing of ACE's Fund III at R$200 million to target Latin American technology investments, following notable firm exits involving companies like Loft and QuintoAndar. Before entering the venture capital sector, he co-founded and operated multiple startups in the financial technology and e-commerce industries, and he earned a Business Administration degree from Insper. His current focus centers on funding and scaling early-stage software, fintech, and proptech enterprises throughout the broader Latin American market while advising founders on artificial intelligence integration.
