Payal Agrawal Divakaran

Payal Agrawal Divakaran is a Partner at .406 Ventures in the Boston area, where she co-leads the digital health investing practice for a firm managing over $1 billion. Since joining the venture capital firm in 2015, she has built a robust portfolio of early stage healthcare technology startups, including enterprise software companies like Nomad Health, Redox, and WelbeHealth. She actively guides these investments by currently holding four board director and ten board observer roles across the active portfolio. Before becoming an investor, she gained operational and financial experience as the cofounder and CEO of SpotRocket, in corporate development at Eventbrite, and in growth equity at Spectrum Equity. Divakaran also executed transactions in investment banking at JP Morgan, and she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School alongside a BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
