Pavel Livshiz

Pavel Livshiz is a General Partner at Hetz Ventures based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he oversees early-stage technology investments across the Israeli and Eastern European markets. Managing over $300 million in assets under management, his firm has backed more than 50 portfolio companies, including notable unicorns such as Rapyd and Melio. In his current capacity, Livshiz recently participated in the closing of the firm's $80 million Fund III in early 2023 and led a 2024 investment in the AI cybersecurity startup Soveren. Before assuming his partnership role, he served as a Principal at Hetz Ventures starting in 2018, following earlier positions at Gemini Israel Ventures and as an analyst at Deloitte. A graduate of Tel Aviv University, Livshiz currently focuses his investments on seed and Series A rounds within the enterprise software, cybersecurity, and fintech sectors.
