Paulo Sergio Caputo

Paulo Sergio Caputo is a Founding Partner at Oria Capital, a private equity firm based in Brazil. In this role, he oversees investments and operational performance for a B2B technology portfolio valued at 1 billion Brazilian reais across 14 companies. Prior to founding Oria Capital, Caputo spent 13 years as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Datasul, and later served as Vice President of Strategy at TOTVS. His career includes participating in over 40 Latin American transactions totaling 2 billion Brazilian reais, alongside a partnership at DLM Invista and early legal experience at Machado Meyer Advogados.
