Pauline Roux

Pauline Roux is a Managing Partner at Elaia Partners, where she directs venture capital investments across the European technology sector. Before joining the firm, she worked in corporate finance at Bryan, Garnier & Co, advising on technology transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private fundraising, and initial public offerings. She began her professional career as an equity research analyst covering European technology midcaps at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux, following her graduation with a Master of Science in Management from EM Lyon Business School. Alongside her primary investment role, Roux is actively involved in the regional financial ecosystem as the co-president of the Venture & Growth commission at France Invest and as a mentor for Paris tech acceleration programs. Her current focus centers on scaling early-stage technology companies operating within the artificial intelligence, SaaS, human resources technology, and agricultural technology sectors.
