Paulina Westermann

Paulina Westermann is the Business Development Lead at Taktile, a low-code automation platform for the fintech sector based in New York. In this capacity, she drives growth initiatives for the underwriting engine, which operates with an estimated 11 to 50 employees. Prior to her current position, Westermann gained early-stage investment experience working as an investor at venture capital firms La Famiglia VC and Picus Capital. Her operational background includes serving as a product manager at Tacto and executing commercial projects for the rapid delivery startup Gorillas. She holds an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Amsterdam. Westermann currently focuses on scaling automated software while leveraging her diverse background in venture capital, product management, and enterprise growth strategy.
