Paulina Lutz

Paulina Lutz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NGHTY Berlin, an e-commerce lingerie brand based in Berlin, Germany. Prior to launching her own company in 2023, she spent four years as an Early Stage Investor on the investment team at Earlybird Venture Capital. To fund her direct-to-consumer fashion label, Lutz secured a startup grant and a small angel investment from Moritz Blies, the founder of Ehrlich Textil. She has built the brand's initial audience through organic social media marketing, accumulating 15,000 total followers across two TikTok channels and reaching 850,000 views on her most successful video. Alongside her entrepreneurial pursuits, she holds a Master of Science degree and serves as a mentor at the Grace Accelerator. Her current focus centers on scaling an independent apparel business after transitioning from early-stage venture investing.
