Paulina Szyzdek

Paulina Szyzdek is a Venture Fellow at Ground Up Ventures and a Venture Scout at Female Founded Club. Prior to her venture capital roles, she spent seven years in the banking and consulting sectors, holding corporate positions at State Street Bank, Euroclear Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Capgemini across Europe and the United States. She also operated her own financial education company for three years and currently serves as a mentor for Hack.Diversity and the F10 FinTech Incubator & Accelerator. As an active angel investor, Szyzdek has backed early-stage startups including Buildstream and Sable Card, while also acting as an ambassador for the WomenTech Network. Her current investment focus centers on the financial technology and future of work sectors, with a specific emphasis on supporting female founders and advancing gender equality within the venture ecosystem.
