Paulin Andurand is the Co-Founder and CTO of Courtyard, a blockchain marketplace headquartered in San Francisco, California, that tokenizes physical collectibles into NFTs. Under his technical leadership, the Y Combinator-backed platform serves over 40,000 users with a growing workforce of 51 to 100 employees. The company has secured over 34 million dollars in total funding, including a 7 million dollar seed round led by NEA and a 30 million dollar round led by Forerunner Ventures. Before establishing this startup in 2021 alongside co-founder Nicolas le Jeune, Andurand spent eight years as a Software Engineer at Apple, where he cultivated his technical expertise and self-taught smart contract design.
