Paul White

Paul White is a Founder at Antler based in Oslo, Norway. He joined the global venture capital firm in 2021, supporting an organization that invests in approximately 500 new companies annually across 30 global offices with 300 professionals. Prior to his transition into venture building, White developed an extensive background in enterprise technology and infrastructure management, serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft and a Storage Consultant for Statoil. His earlier corporate tenure includes technical and management roles such as Service Delivery Manager at Aker Solutions and Technical Analyst at Clifford Chance. Additionally, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Xvision and studied Information Technology at Eastbourne College of Arts and Technology. White currently focuses on leveraging his technical consulting and IT leadership experience to advance sustainability initiatives and global early-stage entrepreneurship.
