Paul Singh

Paul Singh is the Managing Partner at the investment firm Rebellion and an active angel investor based in the Washington DC Metro Area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from George Mason University and previously served as a Partner at 500 Global. Before transitioning to venture capital, Singh was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Disruption Labs, which was acquired, and worked as an early employee at Appia. His investment portfolio spans over 50 early-stage technology companies, featuring notable exits such as Postmates, which was acquired by Uber for $2.65 billion, and Cruise. Recently, he has directed capital toward artificial intelligence and no-code platforms while publishing insights on startup growth and fundraising. Singh currently focuses on advising and funding early-stage founders across the enterprise software, consumer internet, and fintech sectors.
