Paul Pruijmboom

Paul Pruijmboom is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at FORWARD.one, where he directs early-stage venture capital investments across the deep technology and sustainability sectors. Before establishing the venture capital firm, he spent several years serving as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at the prominent European investment bank Kempen & Co. During his tenure at FORWARD.one, Pruijmboom guided the industrial data startup Sensorfact from a seven-person operation in 2019 to a scaled enterprise with over 300 employees. He actively supported the portfolio company through multiple strategic fundraising rounds alongside notable co-investors like SET Ventures, culminating in its successful 2024 exit to ABB. Equipped with a CPA alongside a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Pruijmboom focuses on helping technical founders navigate product commercialization, organizational scaling, and complex strategic financing.
