Paul Munn

Paul Munn is the Founding Partner of PXN Group and chairs the PXN Investor Network at Par Equity, where he oversees the firm's strategic direction, fund performance, and corporate governance. With over 30 years of professional experience in corporate management, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions, he previously held senior operational and financial roles at Mars Confectionery, BUPA, and PwC. As a serial entrepreneur, Munn founded and successfully exited multiple professional services and recruitment businesses, including Direct Resources, RecruitmentScotland.com, and the Taranata Group. He is a CIMA-qualified Chartered Management Accountant who leverages his extensive financial expertise to guide active shareholder engagement across the consumer goods, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Currently, Munn focuses his efforts on directing PXN Group's capital allocations toward technology, digital health, industrial software, and natural capital assets, specifically leading the firm's forestry investment initiatives.
