Paul Iaffaldano

Paul Iaffaldano is a General Partner at BIP Ventures, where he focuses on venture capital investments across the media, entertainment, and advertising sectors. Before merging his firm Accelerant Venture Capital into BIP Capital in 2017, he executed over 60 investments that generated average returns exceeding 40 percent on invested capital. His earlier corporate career includes serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager at The Weather Channel, where he helped launch weather.com prior to its $3.6 billion exit. He also held the position of Senior Vice President at the Travel Channel, contributing to a $400 million acquisition by Discovery, and worked in executive capacities at The Walt Disney Company. Holding degrees from Loyola University and Wittenberg University, Iaffaldano currently leverages his extensive operational and media background to guide early-stage enterprise growth and strategic acquisitions.
