Paul Hudson

Paul Hudson is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Glade Brook Capital Partners, a global growth equity investment firm. Under his direct leadership, the organization currently manages over $2.5 billion in total assets under management and targets technology and technology-enabled businesses operating from Series B funding rounds through later stages. In 2025, Hudson oversaw the final close of the firm's oversubscribed Strategic Growth Fund IV, securing $515 million in new capital commitments to deploy across various global equity markets. Following this fundraise, he expanded the firm's senior investment leadership team in August 2025 by hiring Timothy 'Chip' Stevens as a Partner and Tushar Behl as a Principal. Hudson currently focuses on directing the firm's overarching investment strategy, managing the internal investment team, and identifying high-growth technology enterprises positioned at critical market inflection points.
