Paul Hsu

Paul Hsu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Decasonic, an early-stage venture capital and digital assets firm targeting the artificial intelligence and Web3 supercycle. Before establishing his current firm, he worked as an early-stage venture capital investor on Sand Hill Road and later served as a senior executive at Zynga. During his tenure at Zynga, he specialized in virtual consumer economies, digital assets, and product-led growth, building on his experience as an active blockchain and Web3 investor since 2013. As the sole general partner at Decasonic, Hsu leads a product-centered, AI-native investment process that emphasizes concentrated ownership and early entry into emerging technology markets. His career spans the early internet, mobile gaming, and blockchain sectors, with a current focus on providing enhancement capital to founders building durable, network-driven consumer businesses.
