Paul Grossman

Paul Grossman is a Partner at Telegraph Hill Partners in San Diego, California, focusing his investments on growth equity within the life sciences, medical technology, and healthcare sectors. Before joining the firm in 2014, he served as Head of Global Strategy and Corporate Development at Life Technologies and Invitrogen, leading the acquisition and divestment of over 25 businesses. Previously, he spent over 20 years at Applied Biosystems in various roles, including Vice President of Intellectual Property and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. He holds a PhD in chemical engineering from UC Berkeley, earned a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, and holds over 20 United States patents. Grossman currently serves on the board of directors for Teknova and Argonaut Manufacturing Services, combining his scientific expertise with business leadership and legal acumen.
