Paul Gibson

Paul Gibson is a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Hercules Capital (NYSE: HTGC), operating from the firm's Washington DC office in the USA. Working under Chairman and CEO Manuel Henriquez, he originates and manages senior secured venture growth loans for innovative companies across the technology, life sciences, and sustainable and renewable technology sectors. Gibson contributes to a specialized lending platform that has committed more than $6.1 billion in capital to over 350 venture-backed businesses since its inception in 2003. Prior to joining Hercules Capital, he served as a Managing Director at Horizon Technology Finance, where he successfully built and managed high-quality technology loan portfolios.
