Paul Condolora

Paul Condolora is an executive at Next 10 Ventures, an early-stage investment firm based in Culver City, California. He previously served as the firm's Chief Operating Officer, joining the organization to oversee administration and commercial ventures alongside the launch of its $50 million creator economy fund in 2018. Before entering venture capital, Condolora spent over two decades in media and entertainment, notably acting as the Global Co-Head of the Harry Potter franchise at Warner Bros. His corporate tenure also includes overseeing digital and consumer products for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and was involved with the startup ProGuides prior to its acquisition by Statespace. Condolora currently focuses on early-stage investments, content creation, and operational scaling within the digital media and creator economy sectors.
