Paul Biondi

Paul Biondi is a Managing Partner at Flagship Pioneering, where he leads product development, strategic partnering, and the firm's in-house drug discovery unit, Pioneering Medicines. Prior to joining Flagship Pioneering, he spent seventeen years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development after holding various leadership roles within the company's research and development division. Earlier in his career, he worked for nine years at Mercer Management Consulting and earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. In his current capacity, he serves on the boards of directors for biotechnology companies Tessera Therapeutics and Valo Health. His current professional focus centers on bridging venture creation and pharmaceutical innovation through strategic life sciences partnerships, research and development strategy, and therapeutic drug discovery.
