Patrick Yang

Patrick Yang is a co-founder and General Partner at Amity Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm established in 2016. In his current capacity, he leads the earliest-stage equity funding rounds for technology startups, executing a deliberately concentrated investment strategy that targets only three to five new companies annually. Working alongside investor Kieran Dennis and senior advisor Peter Bell, Yang helps direct a firm that manages approximately $1.8 billion in total assets under management as of March 2026. Since the firm's inception, this high-conviction approach has resulted in twenty percent of their early-stage portfolio reaching a billion-dollar valuation threshold. Specifically, seven out of thirty-five early-stage investments achieved valuations exceeding $1 billion by the end of 2025. Yang's current professional focus remains on identifying foundational technology enterprises and supporting their long-term operational growth through highly selective capital deployment.
